Our furniture is restored to preserve its original beauty, without altering its authenticity and history. All our products will show small imperfections and minor signs of age, which we believe is what gives them that unique charm that will embellish our customers' homes. Once you have chosen your furniture, you can complete the purchase directly online in the Shop section. We offer various secure and transparent payment methods.

Shipping and Delivery

We guarantee a reliable and secure shipping and delivery service, taking care of every detail to ensure your furniture arrives in the best condition.

  • Showroom pickup: You can pick up your purchases directly from our premises, by appointment during the week and on Saturdays during opening hours.

  • Direct deliveries in the vicinity: For customers located nearby, we can personally handle the delivery, ensuring careful and professional transportation.

  • Shipments throughout Italy: We organize shipments with specialized national couriers, guaranteeing secure packaging to protect each piece during transport. Whenever possible, we also offer shipping with dedicated couriers for a more exclusive and tailor-made service.

  • International shipments: For international shipments, we work with professional and reliable couriers operating worldwide. If you reside abroad and would like a quote, please contact us with your country and shipping address.

  • Floor delivery service: Upon request, we can arrange delivery directly to your floor, to facilitate the placement of the furniture in your space.

Customer Service and Support

Refunds and Returns

It is possible to cancel an order within 48 hours of it being placed, and you will receive a full refund. If there was an error during the order, or if you need to cancel the order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure the order is not shipped.

Returns are possible within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned with a reliable courier and must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Refunds relate to the purchase cost excluding shipping fees and are processed within 2-3 days of receiving the goods.
