1. The seller

The website www.vecchioretrobottega.it is operated by Vecchioretrobottega, with registered office and showroom at Via Nazario Sauro 11, 20037 Paderno Dugnano (MI), Italy, VAT no. IT12105430966, registered with the Milan Companies Register. Contacts: info@vecchioretrobottega.it — +39 391 349 7774.

2. Scope

The sale of restored period furniture and objects, through the website and the showroom. Every item is one of a kind: a single piece that has lived a life and has been hand-restored.

3. Product characteristics

Our items are original period pieces and may show small imperfections and signs of age, which are part of their nature and charm. The photographs and measurements in each product page form an integral part of the description. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included and are calculated at checkout or provided by quote.

5. Orders

An order placed on the website constitutes a purchase offer and is concluded upon email confirmation. As our items are unique pieces also sold in the showroom, should an item no longer be available your order will be cancelled with an immediate full refund.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (credit and debit cards, PayPal and digital wallets), handled by secure payment providers. We do not store customers' bank details.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Italy and to the European countries listed in our Shipping policy, with costs calculated at checkout; for other destinations and for floor delivery you can request a quote. Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the package and report any transport damage to the courier immediately, accepting the goods with reservation.

8. Order cancellation

You can cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), by writing to info@vecchioretrobottega.it. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility; the item must be returned via a reliable courier, in the same condition in which it was shipped. The refund covers the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, and is processed within a few days of our receiving the goods.

10. Legal warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code for second-hand goods. Signs of use, patina and the small imperfections typical of period pieces, described or visible in the photographs, do not constitute lack of conformity.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes involving consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
