Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. If an error occurred while placing your order, or if you need to cancel it for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure the order is not shipped.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the day you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The item must be returned via a reliable courier and must arrive back in the same condition in which it was shipped. Refunds cover the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, and are processed within 2-3 days of our receiving the goods.
