CANCELLATIONS

It is possible to cancel an order within 48 hours of it being placed and receive a full refund. If an error occurred during the order, or if you need to cancel the order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure the order is not shipped.

RETURNS 

Returns are possible within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. The item must be returned with a reliable courier and must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Refunds are for the cost of purchase excluding shipping costs and are processed within 2-3 days of receipt of the goods.
